She has made numerous television appearances including features on Food Network, Dateline, WE Network and CBS. Elizabeth is renowned throughout her community for her unparalleled ability to help her clients achieve permanent weight loss. In addition to her busy private practice, Elizabeth is Head Dietitian for the Scarsdale Medical Group, an established, multi-specialty practice of twenty six board-certified physicians.

Because Elizabeth wants to convey a sincere portrayal of herself, she called upon her clients to express their opinions. Here is some of what they had to say: “Elizabeth is a rare find among dietitians.”, “Whether her client is a large corporation or an individual, Elizabeth takes great care in customizing her approach based on particular wants, needs and circumstances.”, “Elizabeth is characterized by her genuine warmth, tremendous depth of knowledge and consummate professionalism. These attributes have enabled Elizabeth’s clients to realize permanent lifestyle changes that have dramatically improved the quality of their lives.”

As one of the most sought after dietitians in the Northeast, Elizabeth found herself in an enviable position. She no longer had the capacity to accommodate the sheer number of clients in need of her services. Instead of turning clients away, Elizabeth carefully selected a dynamic group of dietitians and created Westchester Nutrition Consultants. Each member of Westchester Nutrition Consultants shares Elizabeth’s passion for nutrition and is committed to providing highly individualized and effective services of exceptional quality.
